Sent my laptop in for extended warranty repair after over a month of problems with them. I got my laptop back, came dirtier then when I sent it out, so I started cleaning it, there was white fluff behind the vents on the bottom, so I took the bottom cover off, to my surprise it had pieces of like shop towel or something. Then when I cleaned all that crap out I went to put the cover back on and the clip on the left side completely missing I notified them over a week ago that it’s missing since they replaced the motherboard and they said they will contact me if I need to send it in or they will just send me that clip. I need that clip, I what can I do to get taken seriously since I have horrible experience with them.
