Need metal tabs under keys that provide click sound.

I have a Razer Homerun Bundle, Razer Ornata v2.  The ‘m’ key is sticking in the down position.  I have performed the usual troubleshooting and then realized this key is missing the metal piece that goes in that provides the clicking sound.  They key itself functions, but stays depressed so the letter ‘m’ is everywhere and the only to stop is to pull the key upward.  I believe the meal tab that is missing will help with this problem.  I want to know if Razer provides a way to purchase these metal pieces.

Hello LCSITRazer,

I understand you’re having problem with your Razer Ornata V2. From what you described, it sounds like the metal stabilizer piece under the “M” key may be missing or damaged, which is likely why the key stays stuck down. Just to set expectations, Razer does not sell the individual metal tabs or internal key components separately. To help check what options may be available, could you let me know when the issue started, how it happened, and whether there was any accidental damage, impact, spill, or keycap removal before this began? Also, please PM me your device serial number, proof of purchase, and region, and I’ll be happy to check the warranty status for you. All the best!
