Need OS Recovery Disk - Restore Option Not working

Hi Razer Forums, I recently had my Bluetooth radio device disappear from my Razer Blade Stealth 13" laptop - one day bluetooth was available and working and the next it is shown as a disconnected device inside of the Device Manager. Windows won't let me reinstall the driver. The only viable option seems to be to Restore the machine, but entering the Recover menu on Boot only gives me this message: "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. Error Code: 0xc0000225 You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your administrator or PC/device manufacturer". Razer, can you help me get a recovery disk?
