Need replacement 7.1-surround-sound activation code

I received my Kraken Razer from Amazon yesterday. When I scratched off the activation code, some of the digits are not clear. I tried requesting a replacement activation code from your support page but it said there was a problem with my request. I am registered so you have my serial number and model number. Please provide a working activation code. Bob

    Alternatively, you can receive the activation code by registering your headset here. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and start a case so I can request a new activation code for you. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
