Need replacement for unreadable activation code

Hello Razer Support,

I recently got a Razer headset (BlackShark V2 X) from my brother. He only used it on his PS5 and never used the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.

Now I am using it on my PC, but the code is scratched and unreadable. I would like to activate the feature.

Please find attached a photo of the code card.

I understand you're having trouble with your Razer BlackShark V2 X activation code because it's overscratched. Since the code is damaged, you'll need to request a new one.  Please visit the link provided to request a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. I hope this helps!
