.Net error/Constant Update/Lost Macros

Over the last few weeks, I've been constantly getting a popup that Synapse has an update. I run the update and it goes through the process. Even after restarting I still get the update message. I've run this update several times and it still doesn't take. What gives? 2.21 Version It has also lost all of the macros that I have had for YEARS! I want them back!!! I was under the impression they were stored online so this does not happen... It also throws a .Net error copied below...
