.NET Framework error Synapse 3

Hello, I have been trying to fix this problem of mine with synapse 3 for a few days now and so far still no luck. I keep getting the unhandled exception error on .NET framework. On every startup and reinstallation of synapse 3, it appears and I don't know what to do anymore to fix it. All my google searches did not work :\\

    Synapse sucks, there is no answer, I contacted support and they just stopped reply after a simple asking. This pop up after I uninstalled sound card driver today. You can not reinstall .net framework on windows 10 it just like dx10,11,12. This .net is the most serious problem.
