New DeathAdder V2 Pro doesn't turn on when unplugged
Hi, I've just fully charged my new DA V2 Pro wireless. Mouse works fine when plugged into USB port but when I try switching to Bluetooth or USB dongle connection mode it just doesn't turn on. Nothing lights up, not even Profile Indicator. What should I do?

sleekRichMaroonpoint303Please update the mouse firmware by clicking this link. Also, ensure that the mouse is charged (approximately 4 hours) using is Razer Speedflex charging cable and connected directly to the USB port of your computer to get a sufficient charge.
