New Emote Microphone Not Showing Emoticons

Hi, I bought my son the Razer Sieren Emote Microphone for his birthday. We set it up and he downloaded the main Razer app and the companion app and set up various emoticons to use for each activity. But when we test it, no emoticons appear on the microphone. We have read through the FAQ site, watched several YouTube videos and seem to have everything setup properly. Has anyone encountered this issue? I’m not sure if it is a sign that something broke during shipping or if we are doing something incorrectly. We would appreciate any guidance. Thanks! Scott

    you need : Streamer Companion App You can change the background from the Streamer Companion App - ALERTS - Background - Add Device and select your mic
