New Naga mouse, side panel and lights not working

Hi, just bought the new Naga mouse with 3 detachable sides, set it up w synapse, work, start playing dota and mid game it the lights go off and side buttons don't work any more. Left and right click and scroll work normally. Tried plugging unplugging, restarting, changing the sides. The synapse app isn't showing anything wrong. Any ideas? Thanks

      Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Naga's concern here. Ensure that the mouse is connected directly to your computer's USB port. If this is a PC, connect it to the rear USB ports and see if it helps. Have you plugged the mouse to a different computer too? Please disable the Razer Synapse and check if the issue persists.
