New Naga Trinity not working

Recently bought another Trinity to replace my current one and upon plugging it into my PC, it chimes as if it is being detected, but no lights come on, and the Device Manager describes it as "Unknown USB Device(Device Descriptor Request Failed).



I have gone through ALL posts online and done all "tips" so far in terms of changing settings within Windows.



Any idea what could cause this?
