Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a brand-new Razer BlackShark V2 X from iGear in Vietnam. However, there was no 7.1 Surround Sound activation code inside the box.
When I tried to register the headset using its serial number on Razer ID, I received this message:
“This product has already been registered. If you have not registered it, please contact Razer Support.”
This was my first attempt to register the headset. I have attached a screenshot of the error and can provide the serial number and proof of purchase privately to Razer Support.
Could someone please help me verify the product and obtain a valid 7.1 Surround Sound activation code?
