New razer blade 15 240Hz battery dead
Hello,
I just received my razer blade at 11:38 this morning. I plugged it in and turned it on and it worked fine. I wanted to move the laptop after couple of hours charging and the battery said 100% when all of a sudden it just turned off. I tried to turn it on but nothing. When I plug it in it works fine.
Could you help me out ?
