New Razer Docking Station Issues Connecting Multiple Monitors | Razer Insider

So I have a bit of an odd issue.

My dock is brand new. When I set it up with two monitors connected via thunderbolt to DisplayPort, they both worked correctly. The persistent issue began when I then connected my third display directly to my Razer laptop. I know that the dock only supports two monitors connected to it, which is why the third was connected directly to the laptop. I have been doing this for multiple years with this laptop and a different docking station, so I know that this should work.

Strangely, when I connected the third monitor to my laptop, one of the displays connected to the dock turned off. When I unplugged the third monitor from my computer, the other monitor that turned off remained off. Now, the dock only supports one screen connected to it. I tested every port and both monitors, and everything works, but it will only recognize the first monitor I plug in. It doesn't matter what ports I used or which monitor is plugged in first, it will not recognize the second plugged in.

I am still able to use the third monitor connected to my computer, but I'm stuck with one of the dock monitors on and the other with a black screen. Does anyone know why this happened and/or have any ideas about how to fix it? I'm fairly knowledgeable about computers, but I've never tried to manually configure peripheral devices.

Thanks for any help.
