New Razer Kishi doesn't fit Razer Phone 2!?!?

Hi I took delivery of my new Razer Kishi direct from you via Amazon today. I wasn't particularly happy to find that it doesn't actually fit the RAZER PHONE!?!?!? The padding is removable but if I fit the phone into the Kishi without the padding it is loose and risks damage to the USB-C port. Can you advise if you have an alternative pad adapter you can recommend?? Thanks

    Hey there! Thanks for sharing your concern here. That's odd. By the way, have you tried contacting your reseller? What region/country are you from?

    Am in the UK - contacted Amazon and they refunded it - shame as was really looking forward to it. Even tested with with a Samsung S10 to be sure and there appears to be a clear design flaw in the elastic strap that will eventually damage a whole lotta USB-C sockets :(
