New Razer Lancehead dongle not working with pairing utility

A couple years ago my dog chewed my wireless dongle for my lancehead, within the past few months i found out razer sold replacement ones and i got one. But i can't get the pairing utility software to notice i plug in the new dongle, the link now doesn't work to get the pairing utility so i'm stuck with the version i have. I also might want to add that I have the first model of the mouse, the one that came out originally, not the new updated one with longer battery life.
