New Razer Naga Trinity isn't responsive

Hello Ordered a replacement Trinity mouse today and when I attempted to plug it in for the first time, it would not light up and I was unable to move the cursor Synapse was freshly installed/upddated, and would recognize the new mouse. But when plugged in, it would only respond to left/right clicks(?) I can't get this new mouse to work correctly for some reason. I have ordered at least a dozen of these mice over the years and this is the first time I've seen this Thanks for any help Edit: Also uninstalled all mouse drivers / reinstalled Synapse + restarted PC. Still no luck
