New Razer Onata Chroma stopped working

I just bought a brand new Ornata Chroma keyboard on July 28. It worked great for a week. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. Windows 10 says it cannot recognize the USB device I plugged in. When I look in Device Manager it says "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)." I have tried a lot of different things to get it working again; plugged it into other USB ports, plugged it into another computer, clean reinstalled Synapse, I even tried reinstalling the USB drivers in Windows. Nothing seems to work. I tried doing a hard reset on the keyboard (hold Esc+Caps, then plug it in). The Esc and Caps keys briefly glow green when I plug it in, but then Windows still says it does not recognize the keyboard. Every once in a while, when I try plugging the keyboard in again it will start working again mysteriously. But after a short while of using it, it will just randomly quit working again for no apparent reason. Could someone please help? Is there some way to fix this? Maybe get a new keyboard via warranty if nothing else works? I am a bit disappointed with this situation, so I would appreciate some support. Thanks.

Can you send me a screenshot of what's happening in your Device Manager? For now, please ensure that you have installed the latest Windows OS by following this guide. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of your keyboard along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use those to verify the model of your device and take a closer look at your system. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
