I purchased a razer turret for xbox one for a gift for my son. The lights on the keyboard won’t come on. The lights are on the mouse. It is connected to the xbox, we downloaded the app, and I even connected it to a computer to confirm the firmware is up to date. Perhaps I am missing something obvious? I have a disappointed young son at the holidays so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Razer support was really helpful and walked me through all of the troubleshooting. It ended up being a hardware issue.
