I purchased my first Razer product, the Razer Nari Ultimates about a year ago. They have been disconnecting off and on since purchase, I could use them for a few days but one day they might deside to disconnect over and over for a few hours.
Now, the headset won't connect at all. It flashes blue and that's it. I tried the Razer usb repair tool however that failed to do anything. My usb receiver according to the app is the same version as my headset. I also tried multiple usb outputs.
