New synapse 3 BUG/BROKEN

I was FORCED to down load the new S3 driver, because my Tartarus V2 stopped working. Now, after uninstalling and re-installing, twice, it wont even open after opening once. I get into a game and my Tartarus stops working and Razer synapse will not open. Why? I didn't spend money on a razer product, to now waste my day dealing with this BS. It was working perfectly on the older version, I didn't want the update, but I was forced to update, and now this. SO now what?
