New to Razer V2

Having just purchasing the Razer V2 on Jan 6, 2020 and being a total newby, I now find there is no information to program it or do what I think it should do. If not that I don't know the terminology to find it. (Nothing came in the box except a decal, and basic paperwork. After a half hour of looking at many of the Razerzone pages, I can seem to fine anything. Does anyone know where I can find any information how the program macros levels and whatever else the V2 is supposed to do?

What exactly are you talking about? There are multiple Razer products out there with a "v2" attached to the name. Tartarus Chroma v2? Blackwidow Chroma v2? First thing you need to do is to download Razer Synapse. Depending on what operating system you are using, there are a few options for the Synapse version you will need. Here is a link to the Razer Software page, as well as links to what products are supported by Razer Synapse for Mac OS, Razer Synapse 2, and Razer Synapse 3 (beta). Once you have downloaded and installed the software, you'll be able to find a master guide within the software itself. The locations are different depending on which version you have installed.
