The mouse is not responding to anything even tho it lights all the time

I’m sorry to hear that your Razer Viper V2 Pro stopped responding. Does this issue happen while you are wireless or wired? To isolate the issue, please try to perform a mouse reset below:

  1. Unplug your mouse from your computer.
  2. Press the left mouse button + right mouse button + Scroll Wheel button at the same time for about 10 seconds
  3. Plug your mouse into the computer while holding step #2.

Your computer will recognize a new device and will start to install the drivers if this is done correctly. If the same problem persists, PM me your device serial number and video showing the issue so I can take a closer look and provide additional steps.
