New wolverine chroma v2 brick after firmware upgrade | Razer Insider

I bought a new controller yesterday and after plugging in my xbox S it works fine. Today I started getting the button maps created. Wanted to see if I could optimize the deadzone. The razor software It asked if I wanted to install the latest firmware update. Click yes, and after the update is completed, the new controller was just a brick, rebooting after a few seconds. I tried unplugging it and replugging it also rebooting. Now I tried plugging the controller into my PC and still rebooting after a few seconds.

My PC software version is:

Windows 10 single home V21H1 64 bits

Razer software version is 1.7.41.10

Firmware controller version is 1.1.1.0

I don´t remember the firmware version before the upgrade.

I will raise this to the Engineering Team by starting a case. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and share a copy of your controller so I can check its warranty.
