Hello everyone,
I just bought a Razer Windowmaker for my iMac. And I cannot seem to get the Razer Synapse to connect to the keyboard.
I downloaded Synapse 2 because 3 isnt compatible with Mac OSX yet I see.
I have registered the product and created an account, but I have installed the Synapse 2 twice and it says "Please connect a Razer device." Even though what I am currently typing on is the keyboard itself.
I am currently running macOS High Sierra version 10.13.1.
If anyone can help me that would be great!
Thanks.

sorry, the BlackWidow not the Widowmaker.. whoops.
WHICH BlackWidow version did you get?
If you got the new BlackWidow, and not one of the previously released variants, then I don't believe you will be able to use it with Synapse 2 for Mac OS. If I recall correctly, that particular model is only compatible with Synapse 3.
It should still function as a keyboard, but you won't get any of the functionality (lighting customisation, keybinding, macros, etc.) you would if you used it on a Windows machine.

Thanks for the help, @PT.Singer. Allow me to take over.
