Newly bought Viper V3 Pro stops working while connected

Recently bought a Viper V3 Pro. It charges and connects but sometimes it will show connected in the app (for both wired and wireless) but the mouse wont work. I can’t move or click. How do I fix this please. I just bought it, I was using gpro x before and I really like the viper v3 pro but this issue is making me go back to using my old mouse.

Can you update the firmware of you mouse by downloading from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
