No 7.1 Surround Sound code in package

I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro on Amazon that was refurbished. There wasn't a code in the package for the 7.1 Surround sound. Amazon Customer support instructed me to contact Razer Support to get the code. Please DM me the code.

    Please note that we do not sell refurbished peripherals. Given the nature of the purchase, you may run into issues during a warranty claim. That aside, you don't need an activation code to enable THX Spatial Audio as the feature is already built into Synapse 3.0 for the BlackShark V2 Pro.
