Hi, I have recently had my old phone sold. I forgot that the Authenticator was installed there before I reformatted it before it got sold. Now, I don't have access to authenticator OTP. I can't seem to remember as well if I saved any backup codes anywhere... Hope you can help. --- Ticket is also already raised: Follow-up for Ticket (*Omitted the case number for your security) please? I wanted to do some top up and recharge, however, I already lost access to my Authenticator and back up codes.
