No Accses anymore to 2FA Device and E-Mali - Restore RazerID Accses / c

RazerID Account Update and Replacement Parts Inquiry

 

Dear Razer Com, Insiders and Supporters,

 

First of all, I would like to apologize for this method of contact, as this is my first time submitting a support ticket.

I have several issues I would like to address:

 

1) Updating RazerID Account Information:

The email address linked to my account is no longer accessible (compromised), and I also cannot access the 2FA codes due to a new phone and number.

 

Could you please disable the current two-factor authentication and update my registered email address and mobile number as follow via privat Chat or Ticket ?

I am unable to update my account information or delete the account myself due to the loss of access to my “gmx.de” email account.

 

If verification of my identity as the owner of the RazerID account is required, please let me know. I can provide the following documents:

• Screenshots of the former email account.

• Tickets from 1&1 (gmx.de) for account recovery attempts.

• A copy of my ID.
