I had to reactivate the 7.1 feature because I upgraded my computer. But I cannot create my activation code because the serial number of the blackshark v2 x model I bought before has been deleted. I need an activation code for the 7.1 feature, can you support me on this issue?
+1If you used the code before it's bound to your Razer ID account. Just login to your account in 7.1 surround instead of trying to activate it.
