I have registered my blackshark V2 x on razer id but i did not receive an activation code for 7.1 surround sound.

I have the same issue as you. Some people said that they got the code upon purchase and others say they got theirs through email.

Ensure that your device is compatible with the 7.1 Surround Sound app. Once you've registered the device, the code should be sent to your email inbox or junk folder within the next 1-3 business days.
