Hello, I bought my Razer Kraken Pro V2 back in 2018 and haven't activated surround sound yet. I wanted to do this now but I didnt have an activation code for it, even when I registered it in the Razer ID account. Could you help me?

I have the same problem but I bought my Razen Kraken 7.1 v2 back in late 2018 but didn't bother trying to activate the surround with the code. Now I would like to try it out but I can't seem to find the code anywhere. I have registered the headset to my Razer ID and no code from there. It didn't come with the box either. I downloaded the 7.1 surround application and even though I logged in, it still asked for the code. I have no idea how to get the code.

yeah same problem, just got my Kraken headset and cant find the code anywhere, i tried looking for it in the box, my email, Synapse app, i even sent an email to support but apparently they dont reply, or they take a very long time to answer, and this is very annoying coz i paid alot of money for the headset, In Egypt Razer products are doubled or even tripled so i'd expect when pay that amount of money for a product, i'd get the best quality from my product or atleast from support. But yeah, hope this problem gets fixed fast coz apparently its very common
