No Activation code for Razer Kraken X Usb

Hi, I purchased a set of Razer Kraken X Usb 7.1 headset, but I don't have any activation code for the 7.1 surround software. I have also registered my product but still nothing. Does someone have ideas how to solve this problem, or I have to return the product to Amazon? Thanks

    same problem here , in my box don't have activation code , how to solve this? need return to seller?

    Hey everyone! The activation code is shipped with the device through an activation card. And yes, please check your reseller for the activation code. Feel free to send me a PM together with the email address associated to your Razer ID so I can check your headset's registration status. Let's continue from there.
