NO ACTIVATION CODE IN THE BOX | Razer Insider

Hi all,

Today I bought headset Razer Kraken V3 X and there is no activation code in the box. I entered to 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Support, asked for a new code, I filled out the form, attached the receipt and after that I saw an info that the date of purchuase is wrong. I have checked it three times and everything should be ok. What should I do in this situation ?

registe your headset Razer Kraken V3 X  on warranty  then they send you the code. work for me
