No activation code Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset

Hello all, I bought my headset a year ago but since now i notice i dont have surroud sound 7.1. I downloaded the surround sound app from razer and it asks for an activation code. I can't find the activation code. I searched on the forums for help and found out i needed to install Synapse 3. I added my Serial number and product number so the headset could register on my account. Yet i didn't receive any emails with my activation code. Can someone help me please?

    Hi there! Your Razer Kraken Tournament Edition is not compatible with 7.1 Surround Sound. Please use Synapse 3.0 to control its audio settings. Please keep in mind that the 7.1 Surround Sound sound is is only available for Razer Kraken 2019. Kraken X, and Blackshark V2 X.
