No activation e-mail Chroma Base Station v2

Hi All As the title says, I have received a Chroma Base Station v2 for my birthday. I've registered it on my Razer account and it is showing in my registered products page. However, I have not received any email confirming the registration and therefore do not have an activation code for the 7.1 software. For all of my other Razer products I received an email immediately. How long do you have to wait for an activation code to be issued? Thanks

    same here. i dont get activation code from my base station v2

    I have also not received an activation code for my Blackshark V2 X headset. From another thread I saw that people were supposed to get them within 24-48 hours but I haven't received one and it's been over 48 hours
