So I did the steps so I downloaded the 7.1 surround system.Then I put my razer ID and it says NO AUTHENTICATION FOUND and I have an activation card. So its not letting me login.I need help pls

How do I activate my activation card for 7.1

    Hello guys! Apologies for the delayed engagement. Was everything covered? Were there any changes made to your system before the issue? Try uninstalling the 7.1 Surround sound software and restart your PC. If the issue persists, send me a PM together with your computer's Razer Synapse logs. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive, then paste the shareable link in your message.
