I purchased a Kaira X and registered it, but i don't recieve an activation code. Even when asking a new one via the site with the serial number there is no code to be seen.

I purchased a Kaira X and registered it, but i don't recieve an activation code. Even when asking a new one via the site with the serial number there is no code to be seen. 

Are you the original owner of your Razer Kaira X? Have you checked the registered code in your registered email’s junk/spam folder? Where did you purchase it?

Buying Razer headsets from non-authorized dealers is often a risk, as they may be counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.

Nonetheless, please send me a PM including your device serial number, the email address associated to your Razer ID so I can verify if there’s an activation code linked to it, and your headset’s proof of purchase so I can initiate a ticket (if needed).
