No "custom" surface option when calibrating Basilisk essential

Hello, I am currently trying to calibrate my mouse to my mouse mat (not a razer one), and i cant find the custom option that i have been told i will see when i add a surface. Where can i find it? Is my mouse not compatible with it? Thanks, Daniel

I have the same issue with my brand new deathadder elite v2 mini. I dont see an option to allow it a custom calibration setting. Just their "default" one that is said to work with all pads. I also don't have a razer mat.

Some products do not support custom calibration function. For example, Viper Mini has no custom calibration options. I hope Razer can provide support in the future.

Well thats just plain lazy. Razer should add this option, my Atheros is having a real headache calibrating to the surface I am using, I would never have though a modern mouse would have this problem, but it is skipping all over the place when I move it. Problem is, the Atheros is so cheap, that a Razer Mouse Pad would cost as much as the mouse did. :big_grin_:
