no lights at startup

got a blackwidow v4 and a basilisk and a naga.  windows 11.  sometimes..it’s about half the time..the lights on the devices will turn off once windows loads.  i have had this happen with synapse 3 and 4 under windows 11.  windows lighting control is off.  if i uninstall synapse they go into the cycle mode as normal.  i have done everything..even reloading windows from scratch..not just a reset but wiping the main drive completely and reinstalling from ground zero..the culprint is synpase.  Unfortunately the quality of the software has not been good the past few years….hopefully they will decide to address this one day.
