Desde la ultima actualización razer cortex ya no me abre se que en la pantalla de carga y nunca abre ya intente ejecutarlo como administrador, actualizar drivers. usar compatibilidad con windows, desinstalarlo y volverlo a instalar, y borrar el cache en la carpeta UiCACHe pero nada funciona, alguna solución?

- Download the Microsoft Visual C++ here: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe. This is provided from the official Microsoft page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
- Install it
- Launch Razer Cortex
We assume the issue was caused by a missing dll of Microsoft Visual C++. Please install it and let us know if the issue persists.
