No me abre razer cortex

Desde la ultima actualización razer cortex ya no me abre se que en la pantalla de carga y nunca abre ya intente ejecutarlo como administrador, actualizar drivers. usar compatibilidad con windows, desinstalarlo y volverlo a instalar, y borrar el cache en la carpeta UiCACHe pero nada funciona, alguna solución?

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Our engineering team will resolve this issue in our next version. Before our next release, please follow the steps below to fix this issue on your side:

  1. Download the Microsoft Visual C++ here: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe. This is provided from the official Microsoft page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
  2. Install it
  3. Launch Razer Cortex

We assume the issue was caused by a missing dll of Microsoft Visual C++. Please install it and let us know if the issue persists.
