No mic with my razer barracuda x

Hello,After several tests on two different Xboxes as well as on 3 different controllers in order to rule out any problem coming from Xbox, my microphone on my headset "Razer Barracuda X" does not work. I have the sound in the headset but impossible to speak with the microphone. Of course I have just bought a microphone on the Razer website which still does not allow me to speak.could you tell me about the steps to follow in order to be able to use my headset as well as my microphone

    • PC
    • PlayStation
    • Nintendo Switch
    • Android devices with USB-C Audio
