No noticeable shift in location on Kraken

I purchased the Razer Kraken as it seemed like a cheap way to get a nice pair of 7.1 headphones - and pink ones at that! However, even after testing all my drivers, downloading the Razer 7.1 software, and trying a bunch of other usual fixes, it seems like I'm not actually getting 7.1 surround sound out of my Kraken - only stereo. This happens no matter what game, film, or test software I use, and I'm wondering if my pair have some kind of malfunction or if there's something I'm missing?

    Hi there! Which version of the Kraken do you have? Also, can you share a photo of your audio settings?
