No order confirmation email, account charged

Hi, so I ordered a Razer Kitty headset via the store here and never received a confirmation email. I ordered it as a guest since I expected the store to, you know, work as advertised, but it didn't, and I still haven't received an order confirmation after 12 hours. My card got charged for it, though.
