No order support in France ?

Hi,

The laptop I ordered what "guaranteed to be shipped the next day" on August 16th.

Instead, I was charged 2600+ euros and the order was apparently cancelled. I just realized as I arrived to the delivery location and it is not there. I received all the accessories though... I need the laptop urgently for work.

There is no phone number from France to contact, the chat doesn't work, and the only option I have is "email with 5 days wait".

I need the laptop now, and I was guaranteed a delivery within a couple of days (I was pretty sure it would be here when I arrive).

5 days means I'll never get the laptop on time! Is there any human to talk to?

Yeah, i bought mine just a few moments ago and when i purchase it the web page glitched they charged my card but didnt get a order num or something saying that the transaction was completed and is stressing not having someone to talk to
