My phone otp can't receive codes. I cannot use my razer gold. I really need to make the purchase before the mobile legends event ends. Please help

Hi Grindelwald11, Please try performing the transaction again later or at a different location or contact your telco provider and check your connections. I also suggest that you may generate, keep a copy and use the backup codes OR use 3rd Party Authenticator mobile app, if you frequently facing SMS OTP arrived late and has expired or never received it at all. You’ll have two methods in which you can use 2-Step Authentication to receive the OTP.
