No Razer software works.

It's been like this for a while. I stupidly bought another product thinking I could try to get it to work this time around but nothing at all. I've uninstalled the drivers then restarted the computer, done a clean reinstall , also I searched far and wide for other options but literally nothing helps. Originally Synapse 2 would open but wouldn't detect any devices and 3 would but I wanted to see what 2 would do differently. So in the midst of trying to fix 2 I had to get rid of every razer software. Now after reinstalling everything, nothing works.
