No response from Razer Support (for RMA)
I've been trying to get my Razer Nari Ultimate headset RMA processed, but it's been over 7 business days with no response from the support team. Supposedly, my support incident is at the stage where they should be shipping the replacement to me. I've been trying to get them to reply on the status but it seems my case is being ignored - no response.
Has anyone encountered anything similar?
