I order the wrong laptop.



I wanted the new Razer Blade Pro 4K.



I started to do the RMA but it says the $449.00 Razer Care is non refundable?



i want to return the unopened Razer Blade Pro HD and the Razer Care?



Why will it not let me return an used warranty?

if it will not let me return the Razer Care can I use it on the replacement 4K?

So I will need to get a refund on the extended warranty. I will PM my email.



I was not able to open a case because I do not have a serial number to open the case against. I did not open the box before returning.
