I unistalled and installed again the driver, tried the headset on an other computer but nothing worked.

No sound Razer Kraken
Hello everyone!
I have a problem since yesterday: my headset isn't working anymore.
I wasn't doing anything in particular, but suddenly my headset stopped working.
As you can see on the screenshot below, there is sound, but nothing in my ears.
I unistalled and installed again the driver, tried the headset on an other computer but nothing worked.
Do you have any clue that might help me ?
